• Clubs and sporting directors (market request): club name, country and division, full name, role, email, phone, call preference and the criteria of the profile you need (position, age, height, market value, salary, type of deal, window, skills and notes).
• Agencies and agents (registration and free trial): agency or agent name, contact person, email, phone, FIFA football agent licence number and the document proving it.
• Demo requests: full name, agency, email, phone, preferred time slot and your message.
• Independent players and technical staff (showcase): full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, email, phone, sporting or professional profile (position, characteristics, contract situation, role, licence and experience), links you provide and your preferences.
• Player data: the data agencies provide on the platform to submit candidacies. The agent guarantees they are entitled to share it, through a representation agreement with the player, a mandate from the releasing club or a collaboration agreement with the agent who represents them.
• Visits to this website: IP address, browser and operating system (user agent), screen resolution, browser language, pages viewed, referring website, the campaign you come from if you arrive through a link in our emails or ads, and the buttons and forms you use.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores a technical cookie with your language preference in your browser, which does not require consent.

To know how many people visit the website and which pages and forms they use, we measure visits with Umami, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and writes nothing to your device. With each visit, Umami receives the page you visit (its address and its title; of the URL parameters, only the utm_* campaign tags on the links in our emails and ads, which identify the campaign and never the person who receives it), the website you came from, your IP address and the data your browser sends or exposes (user agent, screen resolution and language); from them it derives the approximate country, region and city, the device type, operating system and browser, and computes a hashed session identifier that changes periodically, without keeping the IP address. It does not identify you or follow you across websites, and we only use the results as aggregate statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the website is used, and you can object at any time by turning measurement off in this browser: the choice is saved in its local storage, which Umami's script checks before sending anything.

The club's name and its sporting director's details are never shown to agencies or published anywhere. Only the club itself and the Futransfer team know them.

Agencies work exclusively on the normalised sporting profile: position, age, characteristics, financial ranges and the competition's country and division.

Only when the club shows interest in a specific player does Futransfer put the club in touch with that player's agent, always with the club's prior authorisation.

• To manage clubs' market requests, normalise them and connect the club with the agent when the club authorises it.
• To verify the requester's identity and the validity of each agent's FIFA licence and their standing over players (representation agreement, mandate or collaboration agreement).
• To manage agency registration, the 7-day free trial and the subscription.
• To organise requested demos and answer your enquiries.
• To measure, in aggregate and without cookies, visits to this website and how its pages and forms are used, so we can improve it, and to know which email or ad campaigns bring visits and sign-ups.
• To show the profile of independent players and technical staff members to Futransfer's verified agencies, so they can contact them through the platform.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting ones.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and misuse.
• To support our operations team with artificial intelligence tools when analysing clubs' needs and the candidacies received. AI helps with the analysis; which candidacies reach the club is always decided by a person.
• To publish on this website, only with your explicit consent, your opinion about Futransfer together with your name, job title and organisation.

• Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): market requests, registration, trial, subscription and demos.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): verification of identity, licenses and mandates, use of artificial intelligence tools to support the analysis of needs and candidacies, cookieless web analytics, security and fraud prevention.
• Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR): invoicing and keeping accounting and tax records.
• Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): showing your profile in the showcase to verified agencies, publishing your opinion with your name and any other processing we explicitly ask for. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties. We only share it with the club or agent within the connection the club authorises, and with public authorities when required by law.

If you choose to connect your Futransfer account to an artificial intelligence assistant (for example, Claude), the data you look up through it is sent to that assistant's provider, which processes it under its own terms. You can revoke the connection at any time from the platform's "AI assistants" section.

Some providers process data on Futransfer's behalf (cloud hosting and infrastructure, such as Google Cloud and Firebase; email services; Umami, for cookieless web analytics; and Anthropic, whose Claude AI assistant our team uses internally), under the corresponding data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

• Market and demo requests: while active and, afterwards, for up to 12 months from closure.
• Agency data and license document: while the agency is registered and, afterwards, for as long as needed to handle potential liabilities.
• Accounting and tax records: for the periods required by law (generally 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code).
• Website visit statistics: for up to 6 months.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Futransfer makes no such decisions: artificial intelligence supports our team but does not decide for it.

To exercise them, email privacy@futransfer.com stating the right you want to exercise. If needed to verify your identity, we'll ask for an identification document. We'll reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications, access restricted to staff who need it and review of requests before sharing any information.

Futransfer's services are aimed at adult professionals. The showcase for independent players and technical staff only accepts adults. If an agency presents a player who is a minor, it guarantees it has the authorisation of the player's legal guardians.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We'll always publish the current version with its update date.
